Dear user, this webpage is operated by ULILI Moroccan Scents. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to every user, professional or non-professional who is at least 18 years old and is of a complete legal capacity.

Any new features or tools that are added to the current e-store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is yourresponsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of thosechanges.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. 

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website throughwhich the service is provided, without express written permission by us. 

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of yourServices.

The products sold by ULILI are those which appear on the site, on the day of the consultation of the site by the user and within the limit of available stocks.  However, we don’twarrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current.   

Every product on our website has a description and a story under it. These descriptions are meant to explain to the customer : the availability, dimensions, weight, size, and the composition of the product. The mentioned descriptions displayed in the e-shop are liable to change at any moments without any notice.

The prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirham, US dollar and Euro with taxes included. These prices include shipping costs when you reach an order above 125 $ or 100 €.

Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the client if the purchase is less than 125 $ or 100 €.

Shippings costs will be specified to the buyer on the order summary form, before final validation of his order.

Any order placed on the site and delivered outside of Morocco may be subject to additional taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. ULILI is not obliged to check and inform the buyer of the applicable customs duties and taxes. 

The prices indicated on the site are guaranteed on the day of the order within the limit of available stocks, except for significant changes in charges, and except for obvious typographical errors or omissions.

ULILI offers the possibility to pay via PayPal, credit card or a bank transfer. Every payment gateway we are using in our online store is safe and secured. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Orders are processed during normal business hours. Please allow 24/48 hours for processing during business days.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, we send an email to the client with the tracking link so that they can follow up with the shipment.  

Shipping costs are free for orders that exceed 125 $ or 100  €. Clients are asked to pay shipping costs for orders that are less than 125 $ or 100  €.  Shipping costs depend on the country and the delivery method chosen by the Customer. The amount of the Shipping Costs are indicated to the Customer before the order is validated.

Delivery time may depend on the availability of the product. The average shipping delivery time is between 6  and  10  days. 

At ULILI, your satisfaction is our first priority. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. If your package arrives with visible signs of loss or damage, we strongly recommend you to not open the package and return it to the courier immediately. In the event you received a faulty item, please notify us via email at contact@ulili.ma . In this case, we do offer a refund and/or exchange within 30 days of full-sized product purchases. In case you wish to change the item received, you are responsible for paying return shipping fees. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we won’t offer you a refund or exchange. Without prior email notification, we cannot accept returns. Once the item is received, we will process a refund/exchange. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

You may not post, modify, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform or use in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary material or information belonging to any third party without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of the rights in and to such proprietary material or information. It is the policy of ULILI to terminate the privileges of any user of the web site or member who infringes the copyright rights of others upon receipt of prompt notification to ULILI by the copyright owner or the copyright owner’s legal agent.

At ULILI, your personal information is confidential. We do not rent, sell or trade email addresses. When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information, and your email address. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order.
