Orders are processed during normal business hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing during business days.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, we send an email to the client with the tracking link so that they can follow up with the shipment.

Shipping cost is free for orders that exceed 125 $ or 100 €. Clients are asked to pay shipping costs for orders that are less than 125 $ or 100 €.  Shipping costs depend on the country and the delivery method chosen by the Customer. The amount of the Shipping Costs are indicated to the Customer before the order is validated.

Delivery time may depend on the availability of the product. The average shipping delivery time is between 6 and 10 days.

Custom and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Please note that ULILI does not have any control over any taxes or customs imposed by the country that your order is being shipped to.

At ULILI, your satisfaction is our first priority. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you received a faulty item, we offer a refund and/or exchange within 30 days of a full-sized product purchase, less cost of shipping. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we won’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Please notify us via email and return item(s) to Without prior email notification, we cannot accept returns. Once the item is received, we will process the return/exchange.  The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
